Clean rooms with comfortable beds and good shower pressure. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The elevators had issues during my stay, which was inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially April at check-in. The bathroom door didn't lock properly, which was concerning. The room was clean, but the overall hotel could use some updates. Free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch.

The hotel is in a prime spot making it super easy to return rental cars and grab food with tons of dining options all around within just a short drive plus it’s only about 2 km from the Georgia International Convention Center and not far from the Delta Flight Museum which made my weekend exploration so simple but the room could definitely use some updating as it felt a bit worn down in places.

The room was small with lingering cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking area. The carpets needed cleaning; there were visible stains and hair in the bathroom. Pillows lacked comfort. I appreciated the condiments, but a coffee maker would have been nice. The strong smell of mildew was off-putting. The hallway reeked of marijuana, which added an uneasy vibe. Breakfast offered decent options, including excellent waffles. the unexpected $100 deposit was a surprise and still hasn't been refunded.

The location is ideal for exploring local attractions. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, especially Éric who made my rental car return a breeze.

I loved lounging by the sparkling outdoor pool, soaking up the sun on comfy loungers. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, with fresh fruit and perfectly cooked options to kickstart my day. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, making my entire stay feel extra special!

The room stank of smoke, even though I booked a no-smoking one. It was tiny, and the carpet was disgusting with stains. The bathroom trash wasn’t even in the bin! So disappointing.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the College Park Golf Course and the Camp Creek Marketplace nearby. The kids loved the adventurous vibe at the Porsche Experience Center.
My kids wished for a larger playground on site.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but the cleanliness of the rooms was alarming. After checking into a smelly, dirty room, I was moved to another that still needed attention—hair on the sheets was a definite turnoff. The shuttle experience was frustrating, too, as waiting in the cold felt endless. I loved the location for a stopover, but the maintenance issues and cleanliness left me questioning if I’d return.

Comfort Inn Atlanta Airport offers a great location that’s ideal for overnight stays before flights. The friendly staff provided assistance, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Poor cleaning standards. The room was initially dirty with unmade beds. A second room was below expectations and not the King suite I had booked. I faced bedbug issues in room 408. the staff was outstanding. Kendra and Jewel were particularly helpful. The front desk could improve, though. I encountered rudeness and confusion during check-in regarding charges. The absence of a Jacuzzi was disappointing. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, and the shower water pressure was excellent. cleanliness issues loom large. I appreciate the effort from many staff, but the basics must be prioritized for a stay to be truly enjoyable.

The treatments were top-notch! ! Staff made sure I felt relaxed and pampered. The facilities had everything - a heated pool, hot tubs, and a cozy lounge area.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it’s worth it!

Housekeeping did not enter our room during our three-day stay, and we had to request clean towels. The front desk was unhelpful in explaining charges and did not provide a proper receipt.

My squad and I had a blast hitting up College Park Golf Course and Camp Creek Marketplace. Then we revved up our engines at the Porsche Experience Center nearby – total adrenaline rush!
Just wished there was a rad rooftop bar for us to chill and party after our epic adventures! .

On the bright side, the staff, especially April the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, and the shower water was nice and hot, which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. there were some noticeable issues with the room. The blanket on the bed felt more like two sheets and was too light for comfort. The room itself could definitely use an upgrade - the vents were dirty, and there were visible signs of mold in the bathroom ceiling, despite attempts to cover it up with paint. The lack of functioning ice machines and drink machines was also disappointing. One of the biggest letdowns was the canceled shuttle service, which we had specifically booked the hotel for. The alternative transport options offered were pricey compared to more well-known hotels like Marriott or Holiday Inn. the overall condition of the hotel was outdated, with worn-out furniture, decor, and elevators, as well as cleanliness issues like stains on walls and dirty armchairs. On top of that, the requirement for a cash deposit upon arrival, rather than being able to use a card, was inconvenient and led to us having to pay more than expected for the room. While there were some positives to our stay, such as the helpful staff members during check-in, the numerous issues with the room and amenities left us feeling like the experience was not worth the price.

The room was spotless and comfy, a perfect retreat after a long drive. The breakfast spread was top, notch, with fresh fruits and tasty options. Conveniently located for a budget, friendly stopover between Ohio and Florida, this spot was just what my family needed.
Some minor cleanliness issues in the room, but nothing major. Staff could have been more attentive to guests' needs and concerns, especially at check, in.

Choosing Comfort Inn for its convenient location near the Hindu Temple of Atlanta turned out to be a great decision. The complimentary shuttle service was a pleasant surprise, making it easy to explore the local area and visit the temple. The availability of all the great Hampton Inn amenities, including the hot breakfast bar and free wifi throughout the property, added extra comfort and convenience to the stay.
Shuttle took over an hour.
